All orders will be dispatched within one business day.
Deliveries will not occur on national and bank holidays in the UK and will be dispatched after the public holiday.
We use Whistl to dispatch all of our orders and will send tracking numbers to you upon dispatch of goods.
Please note, unfortunately at the moment we are only shipping within the UK and all orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
International Orders
The Knot Dr try to get as close to its customers as possible by setting up a great network of distributors worldwide.
If your country does not appear in the drop-down country menu, it means that we have an exclusive distributor in place for this country that you can buy directly from.
Please look on our Where-to-Buy page to show authorized resellers in your country or contact us at info@theknotdr.com and we will redirect your enquiry.
Returns & Order Cancellation
Can I return my order?
All items are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and unopened.
To return, please follow the steps below:
- Repack the unused product in its original packaging
- Include the original packing documents or a copy of the original order confirmation email inside your shipment
- Send the package to the address below:

You will be responsible for arranging the return and paying the returns fee. Please hold onto your postage reference number as we cannot be held liable for any missing returns.
Upon receipt of the goods we will issue to you a refund of the amount paid (less any outbound postage costs incurred) or an exchange credit as required.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to info@theknotdr.com, this can only be done before we have packed or dispatched the goods to you. If the goods have already been dispatched to you, please return the goods to us at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for refund, your product must be returned in its original packaging, in unused condition.
Product Care
How do I care for my brush?
Our FLEXALITE™ Bristles combine strength and flexibility. Their unique design allows them to bend and move through hair easily and reform their shape quickly. To keep them in good form we recommend cleaning the pad and bristles using our KLEEN brush to remove hair build up. Our protective traveller cases protect the bristles when transporting the brush.
Can I use The Knot Dr. with a blowdryer?
Our Flexalite™ bristles, are capable of resisting heat up to 220°F (104°C). All our brushes, including all the components are “heat resistant” but not heatproof… similar for clarification of a watch that’s “water resistant” but not “waterproof”.
The Knot Dr brush is designed for detangling but if you choose to use The Knot Dr brush with a hairdryer we recommend when blow drying keeping a minimum of 4” (10 cm) distance from the bristles, as getting too close with extreme heat is not only damaging for your hair but over a period of time it will damage and deform the bristles, shortening the life span of your brush.
